Most items in our shop ship separately, so if you order a variety of items (tees, stickers, mugs, etc) expect to receive multiple packages. Combined shipping costs are automatically calculated and discounted at check-out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Generally we do not offer exchanges or refunds, but please let us know if you have a problem with your order. Pet products are not refundable or exchangeable - please measure your pet carefully and check size charts before ordering.
CANCELLATIONS
We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests if there was an accidental double order or unusual circumstance, but as a general rule we do not accept cancellations.
ISSUES
Every now and then a bad print happens or something gets damaged or lost in transit. Please don't hesistate to let us know if you have any issues with your order so we can make it right - We want our rad customers to receive rad stuff!
ITEM SPECIFICS
MUGS - All of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
STICKERS - All of our stickers are waterproof and UV resistant and are suitable for indoor or outdoor use.
PATCHES - All of our patches are iron-on.
CHARITY
Giving back is incredibly important to us! A portion of Trash Candy profits are donated to our charity partner, HeyKid.org. Hey Kid helps with vet bills and other pet expenses when their owners are going through financial hardship.
