Most items in our shop ship separately, so if you order a variety of items (tees, stickers, mugs, etc) expect to receive multiple packages. Combined shipping costs are automatically calculated and discounted at check-out.

Generally we do not offer exchanges or refunds, but please let us know if you have a problem with your order. Pet products are not refundable or exchangeable - please measure your pet carefully and check size charts before ordering.

We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests if there was an accidental double order or unusual circumstance, but as a general rule we do not accept cancellations.

All of our unique designs are made from scratch by a real, human artist! We never, ever use A.I. and never will. We fiercely protect our designs and will take legal action against any theft of our intellectual property.

MUGS - All of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

STICKERS - All of our stickers are waterproof and UV resistant and are suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

PATCHES - All of our patches are iron-on.
